Here's a tip:

Every day, when you wake up in the morning, (in that sort of half awake - half asleep state) ask yourself:

WHAT IS IT THAT I CAN DO TODAY TO NURTURE MYSELF?

Something will pop into your mind - it may be something that you then try to push out of your mind - if you are in the habit of ignoring your needs.

So, make an effort to do that thing - and notice how your BODY feels as you take the time to look after it.

We MUST look after our body's needs, not just our head's demands.

Here's another one I love:

Every evening before you go to bed, name three things that you APPRECIATE about yourself from that day, eg, taking the time to meditate, go for a walk, eat well, complete a project etc. Great for building self-love and self-esteem.
