Hi there! I am passionate about encouraging women to look after their own wellbeing. Unfortunately, and as many of you are probably aware from the business you are in, we live in a very 'driven' culture which places a huge emphasis on business success, often at the expense of our own health.

Well, as my Grandfather used to say, (and he was an extremely successful business man), ‘if you don’t have your health you don’t have anything’.

I myself burnt myself out more than once, resulting in many years unable to work. It took me 20 years to discover the keys to health and how to live a balanced life. So now I am passionate about empowering women to look after their own health, to put themselves first, to nurture themselves, listen to their own needs, so that they have the ability to do whatever it is they are wanting to do in their lives.

I hope to add more stay healthy tips here as I go.

Stay well! Kim
