CFO SEARCH

Our firm has been retained to search for a CFO.   

BASIC BRIEF BROADCAST:

Set vision for and lead implementation of the Financial function. Responsible for all financial reporting and analysis to all appropriate internal and external parties (stakeholders). Partner with all aspects of the business to assess and actively lead the key operational issues needed to drive growth.
Ensure period closings and financial reports are conducted in a timely and effective manner. Consolidate operating results from multiple entities, and in turn, provides a foundation for robust management information.
Serve as the top financial officer as well as an integrally involved business partner and executive to the President. As a senior member of management is responsible for establishing and upholding sound business practices, corporate governance, and programs to ensure customer satisfaction, superior company performance and an appropriate return to stakeholders.
