According to Time, a new study shows that the wage gap in the US may be closing in - but only for a small subset of the population.
"this reverse
gender gap,
as it's known, applies only to unmarried, childless women under 30 who
live in cities. The rest of working women - even those of the same age,
but who are married or don't live in a major metropolitan area - are
still on the less scenic side of the wage divide"
Do you think this is a sign of things to come? Will the wage gap shrink as these young women grow into leadership positions? Or do you think that the "reverse gender gap" will continue to exist only for women in the age group that has yet to make career sacrifices that often come along with motherhood?
