How do you respond to statements that the wage gap is the result of personal choice?

What do you think about editorials like this one, claiming that the "wage gap is true.  Only, it's men who earn less" ?  It's clearly meant to be inflammatory, and echoes the cringe-worthy remarks made by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce a couple weeks ago - that the wage gap is the result of individual choices made by women - and that we should stop complaining.

I know I disagree - and I assume that you do too since you're part of the The Glass Hammer - but how do you respond to statements like this?
