For NAFE’s big FOUR-OH we will roll out the red carpet for executive women, the companies that support them, and—for the first time--- the men who are their champions. For this landmark occasion, we invite men to join the conversation and explore ways in which they can support women in leadership positions in their companies.

For 40 years, NAFE has been dedicated to empowering women to achieve both career and personal success. Through the NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women, NAFE recognizes corporations and nonprofit organizations that have moved women into top executive positions and created cultures that identify, promote, and nurture successful women. Led by Dr. Betty Spence, president of NAFE, the NAFE Roundtable brings together the top women from winning companies for a high-level, invitation-only exploration of the major barriers women face in corporate America and strategies for success.
