2012 Catalyst Awards

In recognition of Catalyst's 50th anniversary, the annual Catalyst Awards Conference will be held over two days at The Waldorf=Astoria in New York. 

Wednesday, March 28: Conference attendees are an engaged group of executives, line managers, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and leaders and members of women’s employee resource groups (ERGs) who will examine the advances made by women in the workplace—past, present, and future—through expert sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Activities will spotlight the value of women board directors, ERGs, the support of male champions, and other change drivers. 

Thursday, March 29: Learn about the 2012 Catalyst Award-winning initiatives at a plenary session featuring senior executives from winning organizations. Follow up with more intimate sessions with the people responsible for building and executing the initiatives.
